TARC Annual General Meeting — Sunday 22 November

The Annual General Meeting of the Townsville Amateur Radio Club will be held on Sunday 22 November 2026. Whoop-de-doo, you say — but wait, what is that delicious smell you can detect from the future? That’s what it is!

The day kicks off with a Pancake Breakfast from 7:00am to 8:30am, cooked up by the Iron Faraday Cage Chefs. Yummmie! After the sumptuous pancake feast, the nuts and bolts of the AGM will follow.

  Area 2, Rossiter Park, Aitkenvale — access via Kimball Street
• RSVP for Catering
  Please advise attendance numbers no later than the Tuesday 17 November Social Meeting — else you will go hungry and your pancake craving will not cease!
• Nominations
  Written nominations for positions must be tendered no later than Thursday 22 October, as they need to be displayed in the Club Rooms at least a month before the AGM
